Iman Gadzhi is the founder of GrowYourAgency, IAG Media, and AgenciFlow - a solo-built business empire generating over $600K/month through digital marketing, education, and SaaS.

With Supedia Case Studies, you can see exactly how online businesses get to millions in revenue.

Who are you, and what did you start?

My name is Iman Gadzhi. I’m the founder of IAG Media, a digital marketing agency, and GrowYourAgency.com, a platform where I teach others how to launch and scale their own SMMA (social media marketing agency). I also launched AgenciFlow, a SaaS tool built specifically for agency owners to manage clients, tasks, and performance — all in one dashboard.

What started as me doing Facebook ads for gyms has now turned into a multi-eight-figure business ecosystem built around service, education, and software.

What problem does your business solve?

At its core, my business solves a simple but massive problem: most service-based businesses don’t know how to get high-quality leads online. IAG Media solves this by running performance-based ad campaigns.

Through GrowYourAgency, I help other entrepreneurs launch their own agencies — because the SMMA model is one of the fastest ways to generate cash flow online with low startup capital.

And AgenciFlow? That solves the chaos of scaling. Agencies struggle to manage dozens of clients, meetings, media buyers, and results. We built AgenciFlow so you can manage it all without 10 different tools.

How did you get your first few customers?

I started by cold-calling gyms. I literally Googled fitness centers in London and pitched free Facebook ad services just to prove myself. One gym gave me a shot. I generated leads for them, got results, and used that success as a case study.

Then I recorded everything: calls, screen recordings, funnels — and shared it on YouTube. That built my personal brand and created a stream of inbound interest.

What does your business model look like?

Here’s how everything ties together:

Business Arm

Offer

Revenue Model

IAG Media

Facebook/YouTube ads for clients

Retainers ($3K–$10K/mo)

GrowYourAgency

Online SMMA course & mentoring

One-time + upsells

AgenciFlow (SaaS)

Agency management platform

$99/month subscription

YouTube Channel

Content + brand building

AdSense + leads

The course feeds the software. The agency validates the teaching. The content drives all three. It’s a closed-loop growth system.

What tools do you use to run your business?

My stack is lean but powerful:

AgenciFlow – client and campaign management

Kajabi – course delivery

Stripe – payments

Slack + Notion – team collaboration

YouTube + Instagram – personal brand content

ClickFunnels + Deadline Funnel – course funnels

ConvertKit – email automation

How did you scale your business beyond 6 figures?

I started by productizing knowledge. Once I proved the SMMA model worked, I turned it into a course and sold it via YouTube content.

But scaling happened when I added systems:

Built a high-converting webinar funnel

Set up evergreen email sequences

Created community for student retention

Launched AgenciFlow for recurring revenue

Invested profits into team + brand

I reinvested everything into content and customer experience.

What marketing channels work best for you?

YouTube is the engine. I built trust by showing behind-the-scenes of real businesses.

Email nurtures leads and drives course sales.

Word of mouth fuels the student community.

Instagram humanizes the brand and builds lifestyle authority.

My goal isn’t to go viral — it’s to be trustworthy, consistent, and valuable.

What’s your monthly revenue, roughly?

Here’s a snapshot of rough monthly estimates across the business units:

Revenue StreamMonthly Revenue (Est.)IAG Media$100K–$200KCourses & Mentoring$400K–$800KAgenciFlow (SaaS)$100K+YouTube & Affiliate$10K+

Total: $600K–$1M+/month, depending on launches and seasonality.

What are your biggest wins so far?

  • Over 45,000+ students enrolled in GrowYourAgency

  • Built a cash-flowing SaaS product without external funding

  • Multiple $1M+ product launches

  • Reached 1M+ subscribers on YouTube

  • Built a private brand, GENT, for long-term personal legacy

What’s something that didn’t work?

In 2020, I tried to scale too fast. I launched new products, grew the team quickly, and didn’t focus enough on product quality. Churn increased. Refunds spiked. We had to pause and rebuild the entire backend — better tech, better support, better community.

Lesson: Speed kills unless you have structure.

What advice would you give someone just starting?

  1. Master one offer. Don’t do 5 things at once — just solve one painful problem.

  2. Document everything. Your journey is content. Record your screen. Share your wins and losses.

  3. Think in systems. Once you make $5K/month, don’t grind harder — build infrastructure.

  4. Price with confidence. If your offer is good, you’re undercharging.
